I went in to buy a 10-ft rod and was advised by staff to take a 7-ft instead. After consulting friends who fish regularly, I realised the 7-ft wasn’t suitable for my needs. I brought it back the next day in unused condition with the receipt. The team member at the counter was courteous and initially agreed to process the return, but another staff member intervened and declined it.
