My husband and I visited the store a few weeks ago and were assisted by Josh, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and kindness. Despite the store being close to closing time, with only a few minutes remaining, he willingly took the time to help us set up the wire on our fishing rod. His dedication and outstanding customer service left a very positive impression.
