Matthew gave us excellent advice and service when my wife and I walked in looking for a Camping stove that works off a regular gas cylinder. He worked out what adapter we needed to use the newer cylinders on the stove we looked at as well us hook up to connections in our Motorhome. Also got a great Club price special on the Coleman we bought reduced by $ 140 and the last boxed piece in the store. Went in to buy a new fishing rod with two gift cards and the manager had extreme attitude when we enquired why the price was so high, saying “that’s just the price that it is”. We paid and when we looked at the receipt we noticed she didn’t even scan one of the vouchers. When we went back to fix up the issue Guy at the counter was extremely helpful but the manager came back over and she was still very unhelpful and was serving customers with attitude the whole time.
