Went to BCF today here today and bought a Dometic upright fridge Phill at the counter price matched the item for us. He gave great service and very helpful. 😊

Customer service by a supposed online orders manager is appalling. I ordered from this shop and he could care less about my enquiry. They gave me a number to call....number dont exist. Spoke with online support.....pathetic. 15 years a customer now I will shop elsewhere. Pathetic service
