Dealt with Simone from Cranbourne Homemaker center over a Shimano fishing rod I bought for my son's birthday, I paid top dollar and the tip broke first time fishing after bending it slightly. She palmed it of to Shimano who wouldn't warranty the item. She said there was nothing she could do. Was told by Shimano the store can at it's discretion cover the warranty or replace the rod. All this back and forth for a simple fishing rod. Don't bother buying fishing gear from BCF. You would think they would look after customers.
