We purchased a roof top camper, however, once unpacking at home, found it was not the one on display, called the store and they swiftly called back and began sorting out the mix up. It was not a mix up on their end but a change the supplier had made and did not update their packaging to reflect the change. Fantastic customer service . A click and collect item was not the size I ordered and Sam was fantastic ..had it sorted in no time !
BCF is my favourite place for all my camping needs. I particularly love the Yeti range!
