I can't say enough good things about BCE and the outstanding customer service they provided. We had been dealing with a moisture problem in one of our walls that we suspected was related to our HVAC system. Dave, the owner, personally came out to provide a second opinion and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything. I can't say enough good things about Dave and BCE. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and treated us like we had known each other for years. He even took the time to say hello to our dogs. Dave explained everything in plain English, fixed our air conditioning, and had it cooling perfectly before he left.
