I can't say enough good things about Dave and BCE. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and treated us like we had known each other for years. He even took the time to say hello to our dogs. Dave explained everything in plain English, fixed our air conditioning, and had it cooling perfectly before he left. Fantastic service always, extremely knowledgeable. I called at 4:45 am this morning and needed help, and the amount of help I received was spectacular, no problem, David walked me through the whole process, and I was able to have the system back up and running, There are not a whole lot of people that would even talk to you at this time of morning, but David was truly interested in my problem and walking me through each step.
