After reading the reviews I’m getting very fearful that we will not be paid. When sending out issues I was quick to get those issues resolved but now I can’t get anyone to give me a status. Julie has been wonderful at replying but the accounting department hasn’t replied once. I really didn’t have issues on site Mike and I had a few run ins but at the end of the day he had a job to do and a time line to meet so I appreciate that because he was always professional when speaking with me. Completely unprofessional company. Getting paid for services rendered is like pulling teeth. There is no direct line or person responsible for anything. If you miraculously receive a progress payment from this company, it likely wont be in the correct amount. Completely unresponsive to emails and phone calls. They will tell you the check is in the mail, then never send a check. I could go on and on. Needless to say, do not do business with this company. Worst general contractor I've dealt with.

VERY SLOW TO PAY THEIR BILLS. Takes months for them to pay and they still don't pay full balance. They ignore multiple emails and phone calls. We finished our very small project with them over 4 months ago, with no turnover issues. Still have yet to pay the full amount owed. DON'T DO WORK FOR THESE FOLKS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.

Started a job in November. PM has been great, superintendent; really helpful. The problem like others have mentioned is long delays in paying subs. Im currently 71 plus on $225,000.00 and have waited over 100 days for just partial payment. They argue that they are a “high risk” company and DO NOT pay subs directly so they can blame the customer for delay of payment. It has created a mess for me and my vendors. That and 10 percent retention I HIGHLY SUGGEST staying a country mile away from BCCM. Its not worth it AT ALL.

Be cautious!! BCCM is overdue invoiced in November. We completed a job, superintendent was extremely happy, we worked directly with PM to make sure she had exactly what was needed. As soon as we sent an email to contact them for payment through accounting, and project manager, emails were not returned, voicemails were full, and no one answered the main line.
