My parent has resided here for years. There are young adults illegally living in the apartments, they smoke weed and openly party on weekends. A new neighbor just moved in, the apartment was left disgusting from the previous tenant. Legally, the apartment must be painted, deep cleaned and have a new carpet laid. Reporting the conditions seems to be known. The only way things will change is when families make noise. Prayerfully, the people who don’t care will find themselves here soon enough.
