I had an unexpected flat tire in the Fred Meyer parking lot with my kids in the car and was already running late for a client. Kudos to the Team at BCC Restoration. They did a w571 14onderful job rebuilding my bathroom top to bottom as well as repairing the damage to the ceiling downstairs below the bathroom after a horrible leak. Nate worked tirelesly with a reluctant insurance company to get things right, then Walter jumped in as project manager once we settled. He and his team came in and put it all together in record time. From water damage to my kitchen floor and cabinets I was very impressed by the work that was done. Walter was always making sure the follow through was done and completed. Had an incredible experience with BCC Restoration! Julian, the Production Manager was fabulous! He was timely and courteous and addressed our concerns. The day the project was scheduled he met the staff member, Rick, who was assigned at our house and walked him through what we discussed. Rick then went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! Would 10/10 recommend for their professionalism, communication, and customer service!
We worked with Jacob Kurth to repair and remodel our kitchen. Jacob did an excellent job, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He went beyond expectations in helping us find materials, finalize design, and getting the project completed. We especially appreciated his attention to the little details, and the great care and interest he took in creating a final product that would meet our needs. We are delighted with our new kitchen, and would happily work with Jacob any time!
