Absolute insurance scam. After their "sister company," Robertson Restoration, charged us $17,800 for remediation (they were on-site within 2 hours of the initial issue, so there was no mold or damage to walls) BCC wanted to charge $20,000+ for drywall and paint. We could have remodeled the whole kitchen for that price. They were rude on the phone, to the point of claiming that their executives have no extensions or direct lines when I wanted to complain. The folks at BCC have been great completing restoration work from a water leak and additional remodel work at the same time. Walter was my project manager and did a great job of keeping me updated throughout, proactively identifying issues and ensuring I was happy with the outcome. Duane, Tom, and Eric all worked on the project and did INCREDIBLE work. I've been really impressed and love my new kitchen!
