We used BCC to repair extensive water damage to our home. Working with them was great, from negotiating with insurance, to the work being done exactly on schedule, to quickly fixing a couple tiny items after completion. I had excellent service from BCC. My house had considerable water damage, which required new flooring and kitchen cabinets. Project Manager Walter professionally guided the renovation process with his great team of workers. He was especially competent and courteous. We have now used BCC Restoration twice due to water damage at our house and I can't recommend them enough. They came out right away to assess the leak and damage, and immediately starting addressing it. Once everything had dried out, Ian came out and was extremely helpful in determining exactly what needed to be done to get it put back together and was a huge advocate for us when dealing with insurance – I really don't know what we would have done without him!
