Save your time for this year as they are no longer taking pool installation orders for 2020. Very pleasant.
I am researching pool builders and read the response to Kathy's review. The response seems to avoid the actual complaint. Usually before responding the owner will review the customers file and determine factual information, so as to respond. For example, we reviewed your file and determined we need to conduct on onsite inspection so as to determine how the situation may be resolved. My parents had BCC put a pool in 4 years ago. They have had nothing but problems since. The people at BCC are rude and unhelpful and getting anything done has been nothing but a struggle and fight. My advice is to stay away!
