My daughter had a terrible experience trying to get assistance with a medical issue. The website she was using did not function properly and she was never able to get help. She did speak to a support person who told her someone would call to help her. She never received a call back.
EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED HELP WITH THE LADY WAS RIGHT THERE TO HELP ME , VERY KIND AND ALOT OF PATIENCE, GREAT COMPANY.
Great company to handle the benefits, costs, and Doctors and Nurses. The workers are on and it feels good.
Nice to have a possible source of assistance, but probably only once you got to a hospital.. Anywhere outside of that regime, was a waste of time and not worth the money. Tried using it and provider would not give contact phone number when Wi-Fi email didn’t work..
