This company demonstrated complete incompetence in handling my claim. I submitted a very complete and detailed claim. They sent a check, which I deposited then they stopped payment saying it was the wrong amount. My bank charged me for their mistake. Then they sent another check for the wrong amount. The same day, I recieved an email saying my claim was incomplete and I need to submit more information. If I deposit this check, I am sure they will again stop payment.
