I underwent back and OB/GYN surgeries in Korea in 2024, and being 100% covered by insurance was a great help. This time, I tore my shoulder tendon and wanted to have the procedures done in Korea again, so I consulted with the insurance company and received approval. I was very happy to have such excellent insurance.
Outstanding service, ease of reimbursements, and a peace of mind for all future international travel. I had to make 4 claims on my first policy, and they reimbursed me for all of it. Highly recommend to everyone who wants to have one less worry when traveling.
BCBS Global Solutions has been our go to medical insurance program for overseas travel for the last 6 years. We enjoy the coverage it provides with a competitive premium. The staff is very supportive and very patient and kind whenever we call to ask questions. When I went through a gall bladder attack in Australia their staff had my back the whole way and the appropriate coverage was provided. We continue to enjoy this medical insurance product and will use it again in the years to come!
I use Geoblue for years. Now tbey are BCBS Global Solutions. Geoblue was great to deal with. If you had a question an actual knowledgeable human being in Pennsylvania answered the phone. This seems to have changed ro a call cemter in what sounds like the Philippines. So when I called them trying to get help to locate a rabies vaccine overseas I got a person who could do nothing beyond what I could do myself on google.
