Pushy Service The sale people here put way too much pressure on you to buy their most expensive items. And, if you try to return anything-WITH a receipt they only give you store credit. I'll never go back.
My favorite designer in the whole world! How much do I love this store? More than half of my wardrobe consists of BCBG Max Azria clothes. My girlfriends know to give me gift certificates to this store as a birthday present. The clothes just fit my body well and the styles are unique and trendy but not too young. Therefore, I frequently browse this store whenever I'm in Santana Row. The salespeople are friendly enough and the service is fine. superior service I recently visited the BCBGMAXAZRIA BOUTIQUE @ Santana Row. I was extremely curious after reading your review regarding the atrocious manager, as I have shopped there often & I thought maybe they had a new manager. I was very glad to learn that there had been no change in their manager. I am applaud that this site would permit that any individuals name would be printed, & any reference to age & personal appearance. Atrocious Store Manager at BCBG Santana Row As the last reviewer stated, I highly recommend purchasing BCBG at Macy's and Nordstrom's rather than the stand-alone store at Santana Row. I recently spent over $750 there, purchasing one blouse straight from the rack after trying it on in a different color. One morning I snipped the tag and put it on for work. There is a dark spot on the front that I didn't notice in the store because of the striped fabric. Another blouse, when I held it up to the light, was clearly thinning in s... read more
