Banks There are several locations in Bayonne with good hours. The banks are clean and the tellers are on the ball. The one thing that I don't like is that they rotate their employees so they don't have a chance to get too friendly with the customers so it's kind of touch and go. It's not personal at all. I'd like to know the person who handles my money. It makes me feel at ease knowing who they are.
Works for my busy schedule Efficient tellers, but you usually get much better results if you go there than if you call on the phone. Lots of locations and no ATM fees. Savings accounts do not have great interest rates, though, so youmight consider an online account for that if you want better rates. I overdrafted once and wasn't charged, which is a huge positive to me. Great place.
A very considerate local bank A Great Bank. No service charges for my accounts (I live paycheck to paycheck). Managers quickly solved the few issues I had and were very understanding. Also, if a different manager started working on an existing issue, the new manager quickly picked up from where the other one left off. Some ATMs need modernizing! Don't suck my card into the machine; swipe is the in thing in the 21st Century! But, no fees for their machines thank god. Fast tellers. Lots of locations in Bayonne. And, one in Hob... read more
needs work This bank needs alot of help the people have no clue on the rules they seem to change with who ever you get.I would never go there again I had some problems with them and it took them long to straighten things out.
Worse bank This bank needs to train their workers better. Sometimes when I go speak to someone in customer service there either aren't enough people or the person I speak to doesn't understand what I need. I will begin to use another bank that has enough representatives to help me and understand.
