Getting very frustrated with this bank. Just trying to close my account. On the account with my mom sent an original death certificate weeks ago to CLOSE account . I am going to go above manager since she does nit call back and do her job.
It’s smaller bank that has amazing customer service. But this BCB branch in particular has a great staff, especially the manager Carmen. She’s is the best, deserves a promotion but i doubt they could find an as good replacement
Amazing service
Tellers refused to accept rolled coins because they didn’t have any way to count money… a bank that doesn’t have a way to count money… felt lazy
