The staff were very helpful and friendly. I live out of state and if I lived in Lyndhurst, New Jersey I'd open up an account with them. They helped me with a couple of transactions. I thank them for that
Horrible experience, Rosina needs to be more pleasant to her customers. And actually do her job I shouldn’t have to ask her how to do her job. And also she should say hey next time u have to open an account with us with a pleasant voice . She was acting like she’s the manager very aggressive voice. The Rutherford bcb customer service is way better and very pleasant . Do better .
