Just purchased a used 2015 BMW 528i xdrive from BCAG of Staten Island, NY.. EVERYONE in the showroom did everything they could to make sure I was happy.. Special kudos to Nancy for going above and beyond to make sure my paperwork was in order and delivery was prompt. John and Anthony, were patient and answered every question in detail. I rarely write any reviews, but I will like to extend a sincere thank you to Omar and the rest of the team at BCAG. Omar guided me through the whole transaction and I was able drive off with a 4 series BMW with a couple of days. From top to bottom the service was amazing. Desmond the owner, made my process of switching cars painless. He kept me in the loop all day with great communication and placed me in the car i wanted with no problem at all. Nancy the finance manager, also played a huge role in making my experience so great.
