I have now heard from a BCAA customer service team member since the review below. Additionally, I had to call for roadside service again for a dead battery again and a second experience. I have to comment that both the manager present on the more recent call, as well as Cameron whose call I received today ( from member customer service) has increased my understanding on what occurred in that first BCAA road assist. Totally confused. I called BCAA as I have over the years for roadside assistance. The automated initial experience ( and agent) was okay. I was told 60 minutes to 90 but likely less. I called in for driver status at 1 hr and 10 min. The automated assistant told me I had an appt for 'tomorrow' at 6. ????? Then said the driver would be 9 minutes I called in again about 3O minutes later. Talk about confusion. I hear the same 'tomorrow at 6' then the message says stay on the line for an agent. Really a lifesaver of a company, i had a dead battery and they were able to help start my SUV a girl in a huge truck came by late at night and i alao have had tows in the past before when my old car would break down 10/10

Ive had raod side assistance for years. But for the last three years everytime i call i wait 2-4 hours for help what is the point of paying for this if you have to wait till 9 or 10pm on the side of the road. We only call whe we need real help but this is getting out of hand and isnt worth what we pay anymore.
