Have had bcaa for years live it.. always there when you need them
I am not sure how your drivers are being trained, but it is not acceptable to block access to a building that serves two strata, a hotel, and retail spaces in order to attend to an unrelated matter across the street. This conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable. BCAA should review and improve its driver training and procedures.
Incredibly impressed with the customer service and care my parents received yesterday. Big thanks to Scott Stephenson and his team for taking care of my family in their time of need.
