I foolishly locked my keys in the car while putting groceries into the car. BCAA came within 25 minutes and was very quick with unlocking my car.

When my old van began making ominous, horrible sounds, I made it as far as the Canadian Tire parking lot, and called BCAA. The dispatcher said it might take 3 hours, so I hitched a ride home to do some errands, and found a call waiting for me that a tow truck was waiting for me back at C. Tire. Not only did the guy wait for me, he had me paged in the store in case I was shopping. Even though I had kept him waiting, he was friendly and had the vast in my driveway within 20 minutes. Truck battery died at Osoyoos Landfill , called BCAA. Dispatched CARTER , knowledgeable friendly young man. Towed us to OK TIRE. Carter went beyond customer service. Thank you CARTER.

horrible service, told to come within 2hours and it’s been 4 hours and no one showed up!!! what are the fees paid for?!
