I was told two hours maximum for a tow, 4 hours later was told it was going to be another hour. At one point was told to leave the car unlocked, but was not told it would reduce priority for dispatch. I understand the difficultys with the call volume for emergencies but I found it very frustrating with how it was communicated. Not really seeing the worth of a 170$ yearly membership. I would like to give zero but I can't. I've waited over 8 hours for a tow. What a waste of a membership. I will not be renewing. I will be asking for a refund for my house insurance and HEAVILY not recommending BCAA. The amount of money I've paid for less than poor assistance. Worse than useless. Embarassing Update. 11 hours for a tow. I will definitely be cancelling my membership and I'll pay cash next time for a private tow. Ridiculous and that's being polite.
