Complete joke! I brought my vehicle in for a coolant leak. I had a retired mechanic look at it he said it’s the hoses. I brought it in to BCAA Specifically asked them to run a pressure test and find the leak. I also stated once you find the leak can you let me know before doing anything. They said it’s 700$ for the water pump because the water pump is the reason. Even though prior I had my mechanic look at it and he said the water pump wasn’t leaking. 10 stars to Rick who not only towed my car from Hwy 97 to West Kelowna but also fixed it for me by the next day so we could drive it to the wedding where we were headed and then back home. We thought we would have to tow it to Kamloops where we live because no one could look at it until Monday earliest and Rick offered to fix it after taking a look under the hood. Absolute gem of a human being.
Very pleased with our recent experience. All staff were easy to communicate with, easy to reach. Repair was completed quickly and actually came in under quote. Impressed with our service!
