Took my grandparents’ truck here while they were visiting, as our usual mechanic was unavailable, and was really impressed with the experience. They seemed to be pretty busy, but the staff were friendly and efficient, and we were happy with the quote and the quality of the work! You can also book an appointment online.
Cam, Travis, and their team were absolutely outstanding at helping us with an emergency tow and repairs! We had quite the scare with an alternator belt fraying and making terrible noises on the highway and this team not only got us our car back faster than expected, we got the best treatment and care throughout the entire situation. Very happy with the services we received and thank you to Cam and Travis for such a seamless experience!
I recently visited the BCAA Service Centre in Kelowna to address a pulling issue with my car. Despite being told that the problem was resolved after a test drive, I found that the issue persisted upon picking up my vehicle. When I returned to express my concern, I was surprised that my car was not accepted for re-evaluation. Instead, I was dismissed with various explanations about road conditions and other factors.
