I booked an appointment to get my AC fixed on May 4. I had it diagnosed back in September last year but since winter was approaching decided to hold back on it till summer next year. They even did a diagnosis back then and quoted me $587 to repair it. Well I went back on May 4, dropped the car off, and after 15 mins recieved a call saying that the entire AC unit, compressor, including the hoses all need to be replaced and they quoted me $2300 to fix it. I have the membership. They tow my car away for free. They have options to get a car substitute while your car is fixing. If you have membership they can also drop you closer to your home while towing your vehicle. They checked my vehicle fast and fixed it within a day. Price was very reasonable. They fixed an issue that was there for 1.5 year. I am happy with the outcome.
