I had my first ever service appointment with BCAA in January. The washer fluid signal of my car immediately got on after the service although the service report stated that the washer fluid is ok. I reported it and they told me the sensor needed to be replaced. After one month of waiting without any update, I went back in to check and got a call the following day, telling me that the whole washer fluid reservoir arrived and the cost is over $500… I just regret having my car serviced here.

Efficient, transparent and they are timely. I travelled 39 Kms to get to their service centre when I have many car service centres in my neighborhood. It's because BCAA is trustworthy.
