I have the membership. They tow my car away for free. They have options to get a car substitute while your car is fixing. If you have membership they can also drop you closer to your home while towing your vehicle. They checked my vehicle fast and fixed it within a day. Price was very reasonable. They fixed an issue that was there for 1.5 year. I am happy with the outcome.
This my 34rd.year as a member.have great relationship with my vehicle and home insurance.
