Nice guy and good quotation
Efficient, transparent and they are timely. I travelled 39 Kms to get to their service centre when I have many car service centres in my neighborhood. It's because BCAA is trustworthy.
Great customer service, very friendly staff
Extremely rude customer service by Ben. They don't say dates when booking you in for an appointment, which in my case was a Thursday. Instead of booking me Thursday of the week I called, they booked me 3 weeks later on a different date... When I called them, Ben was very condescending and would not acknowledge the mistake. Would not recommend.
Reliable, trustworthy & absolutely the best! No other place is as honest as BCAA auto service, and it's always busy and fully booked, at least for the next 2 months. Of course, every staff member will try to remember you.
