We recently had our car engine seize and it had to be towed in before the shop opened. Luckily we had Cameron handling our situation and he was incredibly patient and kind during this whole stressful situation. First time coming here was great. Staff were friendly and had no other issues. Second time my wife brought her car in for an alignment and to change her tire to a new rim. It took them way longer then they said, but they also lied to her face multiple times telling her she needed a new tmps sensor for her new rim. Her current sensor are not even 2 years old and they all work just fine, so when she called me to ask about it i told her 100% no all they have to do is swap it over. I own a decent Toyota Sienna 2014. I had my run-flat tires replaced in 2019 with this centre, and it was around $200 each. Service was great back then. Since the pandemic, this place has been declining. I had my service done in 2021, and the technician started pointing out a grocery list of problems racking up the cost of more than $8000, for a 7-year-old vehicle!
