For FREE 2 HOURS PARKING - it is at the back side of BCAA, 532 5th Street exactly, from there go on to ramp which leads to P2, and you can follow signs which leads you directly to elevator which opens near BCAA office front door.

Let me start by saying what an EMBARRASSMENT that this office is associated with BCAA nowhere near the level of customer service I would expect being a member of BCAA! I went in on a Monday afternoon around 1pm to renew my ICBC auto insurance after checking in at the front desk was told it would be about a 45 min wait which is arguably already unreasonable as there was only one person in the waiting room ahead of me, However I agree to wait and had some other errands to run in the area so I told the front desk lady to check ... read more

Disappointing Service and Poor Communication: I had an incredibly frustrating experience with BCAA that has left me questioning their reliability and customer service. I requested a simple jump start for my car at home, expecting a straightforward process. BCAA quoted a 3-hour wait time, which already felt excessive for such a basic service within the city.
