I have been a BCAA member for decades - my grandmother started giving me the membership as a birthday gift when I bought my first car. Over the years, I haven't needed the service frequently, but whenever I have, I've received excellent care. I cannot remember ever having a service provider who wasn't friendly, supportive, and professional. The peace of mind my membership provides is worth far more than the annual fee.
