I like that I didn't have to wait very long. It was quiet in the building and not like a over heatef office. Was cool and clean. The guy was fast and courteous.
I waited 4 hours for a jump in Lower Lonsdale when my car battery was dead. I gave them my address 3 times, they said they called me and couldn’t find me. They didn’t. I called them 4 times. The incompetence is mind blowing. I would recommend trying Canadian tire roadside assistance.
I hope this message finds its way to Joe the Roadside mechanic who helped me today. I had a flat tire and no spare. I called BCAA Road Service in North Vancouver. A short wait later Joe the mechanic arrived with his work truck and a friendly greeting. He thought the tire might be repairable and offered to inflate it and follow me to a tire shop. If it was not repairable at least it would be at the tire shop for replacement. Joe was very upbeat, knowledgeable and gave me great advice on how to go about resolving the problem. ... read more
