Terrible customer service; they talk down and belittle customers! Arrival time for services is never accurate and you're always waiting 3+ hours.
It is a convenient location and the staff are friendly.
Great service experience Oct 24 from both the man at the greeting counter for my International Driver License plus also from William Wang for travel insurance help! Great clean atmosphere, good coffee machine and comfortable seating. Thanks guys!
