Friendly and efficient
Despite the limited insurance options in BC, I find it's always a better experience handling your car and insurance needs at BCAA. The staff are friendly, highly knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest—there’s no upselling of services you don’t need. This location also offers free underground parking, accessible from the back lane—a real bonus given the parking situation on Lonsdale. Highly recommended.
Just wanted to say how AWESOME my service experience was on Saturday, May 3rd. My car was parked in the underground garage of my apartment building and the battery had drained due to an indoor light left on. Jordan, the attendant, was super helpful, courteous and knowledgable! Really appreciated!
