Great team at location, very helpful
I recently received a boost from roadside assistance. Today I received a request to provide a review of that event. The questions referred to the telephone representative. There was no representative, it was done by a machine. The questions were not always clear so it took a restart and a couple of corrections to get it right. That done the service was terrific! The only reason it’s not one star is because the staff were friendly enough. Can’t talk to anyone. NO CHOICE but to book online or choose more than one option. Needed a one stop operation to do an out of province transfer and inspection. Nope. They don’t have anyone to do inspections. They also have very little understanding of ICBC processes. After 30 minutes I walked out of the office. Went to Westland Insurance and got all the information under 3 minutes. I’m not even sure why I’m a BCAA member. Joke.
