We went into BCAA to get our IDP and had such a lovely experience. We were immediately greeted and helped by a kind lady at the front desk, and then was helped by Scott who was so kind as well as fast. This was honestly one of the friendliest places I’ve ever been to, and some of the best customer service I’ve received. Highly recommend this location if you need an IDP or any other BCAA services!
