Told them I was going to Vietnam, got an international driving permit, and when I got home I noticed Vietnam is the one country crossed out from the valid country list since Canadn IFP is per 1949 convention and Vietnam only recognizes 1968 convention. They crossed it out with pen and still sold it to me so they must’ve known that it’s not valid in Vietnam…

The last time, it took me nearly THREE hours to complete a routine insurance transaction (with comprehensive BCAA coverage). Yesterday, it took me most of an hour to ATTEMPT to register a personalized plate and failed!!! This location has NO idea how to complete ROUTINE insurance contracts and this is their core business!! Save time please; try a different location for your insurance needs.
