Terrible experience. The staff and management are completely unhelpful and seem to look for excuses not to solve problems. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Told them I was going to Vietnam, got an international driving permit, and when I got home I noticed Vietnam is the one country crossed out from the valid country list since Canadn IFP is per 1949 convention and Vietnam only recognizes 1968 convention. They crossed it out with pen and still sold it to me so they must’ve known that it’s not valid in Vietnam…
