My friend’s car broke down at the airport on a Friday evening when she came to pick me up… we received absolutely stellar service and communication from the BCAA staff and were back on the road by mid day on Saturday. I’m both impressed by and so grateful for their service, 100% recommend!

Extremely disappointed in their service. My so-called "Premier" membership does not actually cover all the tows. My car got a flat tire, and it was towed back home 2 weeks ago, and now that I need it towed to a shop, they initially refused, because "it was the same vehicle", and then after "making an exception", told me that the second tow was only covered for 5 miles, because I only had Basic membership benefits for the second tow, so I would have to pay for the extra kilometers to the shop (22 km).
