I’ve been gifted a BCAA membership since 1991. Last week I contacted them three times regarding a non-tine sensitive tow. One online chat, one phone call, and then one in person visit. All three times I was given the wrong information by a friendly but clearly totally ignorant employee. My previous two household interactions have been horrific as well.
