DO NOT USE INTERIOR TOWING AND HOT SHOT SERVICES ! My driver Manjeet damaged the hell out of my 1974 VW westfalia bus...it is my most prized prescious thing I own with so much sentimental value and had he followed the rules the whole thing would have been avoided...Its BCAA's policy and procedures that the owner be on site while loading...Manjeet took it upon himself to try and load my vehicle without me there...he caused major damage to my vehicle and the owner..."Gurmeet" does not seem to care at all...to protect your vehi... read more
Thank you to the roadside team. My wait time was not very long just enough time for me to arrange my partner and baby home safely as I waited. It was perfect timing. Specifically my driver was Rick. It was my first time getting a tow I was very nervous and anxious. He helped me stay calm and was super kind and reassuring. Very helpful. Thank you so much again if you get to read this review. 🙏
