Wait times can be a problem, especially if you're in a hurry..but excellent customer service once a representative is available.
Well I broke down today and dealing with BCAA was absolutely horrible. The app generated me in a part of bc that I was not in. They called me and I told them where I was and they said they will dispatch a truck. They said 90 min. I wanted 3.5 hours. I called and they said the tow company was having technical issues. So they decided to dispatch their own fleet truck. He was there in 15 min. The broker Jasanpreet has been pushy, rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. My attempts to speak with a supervisor about my questions and concerns have been unsuccessful as Corrine won't return my calls. If I could give Acera Insurance a 0/5 I would. Greasy and gross experience in dealing with them. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.
Received my auto insurance Tuesday 21 October, at the Kelowna branch, and was fortunate to be served by Jillian, who's customer service was friendly, efficient and helpful, in other words top-notch
I ALWAYS get GREAT service from BCAA. Called this evening.and Wes came. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! He even helped a guy whose tire was wobbly, and Wes loaned him his jack and tire iron, and wouldn't accept even a couple of dollars from the guy. The whole world needs more people like Wes. Staff is always pleasant and courteous. If you don't have BCAA, you should really check them out. 👍👍🙂🙂
