My father and I came in to renew our car insurance today and we had a fantastic experience! Sean W. helped us out and went above and beyond to assist us and answer all of our questions. I had a recent brake master cylinder and brake booster replaced. I found the customer service person Jim, very condescending. The price he quoted was reduced by another customer service gentleman. Jim had not deducted my bcaa discount. Jim had said to me that they would replace the master cylinder, as the booster was not available. I made a appointment for this work, dropped my car off for the 2 1/2 hour job.arrived back at BCAA early only to find my car in the parking lot. Brought my old vechical in for repairs and my mechanic wasn't able to fixed due to no fault of the mechanic. BCAA head quarters refuses to tow it back to my house saying they only tow to the shops, not from shops. Feel scammed by my BCAA Gold membership. Funds are tight right now.
