Our vehicle broke down today. Canada Day. Busy Hwy , 97 north of Lake Country. Our experience with BCAA , my wife’s membership, was awesome and professional from the call centre operator to the absolutely amazing tow truck driver , Marlin. They were safety first, timely response as they could considering calls incoming and the holiday. Impossible to get an answer to a simple question. No one answers the phone.
Super fast service good experience
Very annoying experience. Booked a vehicle inspection. Confirmation email gave Harvey address. Didn’t seem right so when I arrived I specifically asked the man at the counter if I was in the right place for a vehicle inspection. He took my name and said “yes this is the right place. Please have a seat and we will call your name”. Waited 10 min call my name and a lady who seemed grumpy takes me to an office and starts talking about registration. I say “I’m here for a vehicle”.
