I have taken down my bad review of BCAA. I want to apologize to staff.
Unfortunately, they have went to an AI phone system that does not allow you to speak with a person when online information being sought doesn't exist.
Not very impressed with BCA. A in any province, my mom bought some insurance before we left for our holidays. We broke down before we got to Nelson B. C so it was all good. We called the tow truck they came and towed the car to the garage station, but we wanted to get the car towed back to vernon, where we are from, and because they towed it from the ferry into nelson, that was classed as our claim, and even if we upgraded to the next membership value.They still would not tow us back to Vernon.I'm not impressed one bit with ... read more
The Roadside Assistance is a misnomer. They never have a tow truck available.
