Not very impressed with BCA. A in any province, my mom bought some insurance before we left for our holidays. We broke down before we got to Nelson B. C so it was all good. We called the tow truck they came and towed the car to the garage station, but we wanted to get the car towed back to vernon, where we are from, and because they towed it from the ferry into nelson, that was classed as our claim, and even if we upgraded to the next membership value.They still would not tow us back to Vernon.I'm not impressed one bit with ... read more
The Roadside Assistance is a misnomer. They never have a tow truck available.
In praise of Preet! My sister and I had a great experience at the end of a challenging day. Preet was the driver dispatched from BCAA in Nelson, and I can't say enough about all the things Preet handled for us when our car would not start. Including towing my car to the dealership so I could drop off keys for repairs the next day, driving my sister to her car so she could get home, and driving me right to my door! Went for passport photos. Whole visit took maybe 20 mins. Great experience and worth the drive from Trail as Nelson also has a service Canada for passports that is actually open reasonable days and hours unlike Trail.
I recently had amazing support from Selina Birk at Western Financial, in Salmo, BC. She is an exceptional person , giving thorough advice and compassionate support, as I am a disabled elder and often need some extra care! Big Thanks Selina💖
