I wanted to take a moment to write this review to thank Katrina and Mayank for their excellent service. I was presenting to BCAA Cambie in order to register an out-of-province vehicle; it took three appointments to get all the paperwork in order (no fault of BCAA Cambie, just strict paperwork standards in ICBC). It’s literally impossible to get through to an actually person, to discuss an existing claim. I haven’t heard back from my adjuster in 2 weeks. Literally radio silence.

This was going to be 5 stars because of the excellent service I received from Mayank at the Cambie location however when trying to call in to BCAA to confirm the spelling of his name I could not get through and was so frustrated at the phone system. Back to the point Mayank (I’m sorry if I’ve got your name wrong) was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. A great experience and he saved me some money too. It was much appreciated.
Went over there on Saturday and we were assisted by Chelsey which has been really helpful in many ways. Very satisfied, thanks Chelsey.
