Nelson Chow at the Vancouver office was super helpful, friendly and efficient.
Terrible customer service; they talk down and belittle customers! Arrival time for services is never accurate and you're always waiting 3+ hours.
Trying to get service is like needle in a haystack. Keeps forwarding you to endless messaging service. Very effecient and effective in collecting your annual fees - that's about the extent of their abilities.
