Took about 25min total to get my IDP on a random weekday morning without an appointment.
Went in with some quick questions about vehicle storage insurance, I was greeted and seen quickly, information and paperwork came quickly as well as guidance. No pressure, no stress. Bonus pts for free coffee.
I have used BCAA twice now the first time it worked great they came and helped me out, Got my Car to the shop. The second time when I really needed it stuck on the side of the highway at night I was told I would Be waiting for 30 minutes, but was left out in the rain for over three hours with no calls or updates about what was going on when I finally got through all the automated voicemails and repetitive Questions going nowhere, I finally got a hold of a real person. I have been a BCAA customer for many years and have always been impressed with their customer service. Yesterday I walked into the Cambie & 7th location in Vancouver with a home insurance matter. I was greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome by the receptionist. The insurance agent, Katrina, is amazing! She was personable, patient and knowledgeable.
