The worst customer experience I've ever had! As a foreigner, I encountered racism and was treated with contempt. They never gave me a full breakdown of the inclusions/exclusions of my insurance! So they asked me to sign a policy worth several thousand dollars a year without knowing what the coverage was.
I had an appointment with an "advisor" at Vancouver Cambie branch. The employee was rude and almost shouted at me when I asked about a certain type of fire coverage for condos. She also spoke bad English and it was hard to understand her sometimes. Her look and demeanour were absolutely unprofessional. When I tried to gather my thoughts and was taking notes on what she was frantically explaining to me, she kept loudly tearing papers in front of me. Absolutely horrible experience! Needless to say I sought insurance elsewhere.
