A big thank you to the few staff members at this location that I dealt with today. An issue arose in regard to me being told I had to surrender both of my BC parks souvenir plates when I was in fact entitled to keep one. I came back into store to resolve the mistake that another worker had made and the gentlemen and two ladies in the branch I dealt with really fought for my case and got it sorted! I had a great experience working with Sheldon on registering my US car. The location also has customer parking area, which really helps.
Came in for an international driving permit around 12pm on a Wednesday. Was out by 12:30pm and just needed to bring my license! They have a form you fill out and can take your photo for a fee. Everyone was very kind and I got a tea from the waiting room. Thanks!
