The agent that helped us — Mark, very professional and polite. Answered all the questions we had, and got us the best deals for auto insurance. Definitely recommend this place!
Trying to cancel the Go Membership, the staff brought me to the desk and asking why I wanted to cancelled. Her attitude was rude and told me you have to pay for the rest of the term with no refund. I asked that I am paying monthly and if I can cancel the pre-authorize payment. She said that’s nothing she can do and I have to continue to pay. Her attitude is more suitable to work as a collection agent rather than BCAA’s “ customer service “. The experience was so bad and there’s no hope for this location.
