One star was the lowest I could rate, should be zero. I walked into this BCAA branch to get an insurance estimate and was made to wait over 30 minutes due to a supposed staff shortage. To make matters worse, the cell coverage inside was extremely poor, and there was no Wi-Fi available—or at least none offered—so I couldn’t access the information on my side very well for the home insurance quote. Terrible customer service; they talk down and belittle customers! Arrival time for services is never accurate and you're always waiting 3+ hours.
Wednesday 3:20pm Went to get international driver's license. in and Out just about 15 minutes. Very efficient.
