Whoever the tow truck driver for BCAA who dropped the car off right in the lane way after being asked not to leave it essentially in the middle of the road is the reason for this bad review. It was left at Signature Mazda at about 5:15 tonight shortly after service closed. We asked politely to move it to a spot that wouldn’t block traffic and trucks that need to get through that lane, driver said sure, then dropped the car and left. Way to treat a customers car.
Highly unprofessional. Dealt with Viola Chen. BCAA is notoriously bad in regards to customer service when it comes to cancelling their products. I was advised of the payment that would be final. She changed the payment day without any prior communication or confirmation. I would advise to stay away from BCAA unless you do business in person with a trusted rep.
