Friendly staff
Came here to obtain my International Driving Permit. BCAA took down my number as there were five individuals in front of me and I agreed to walk around the mall and wait for their text. So I returned to the office after an hour, only to be told that they attempted to contact me multiple times. However, I never received any calls/texts from them. The process of taking my photos and getting the IDP itself was all very quick and straightforward though. And thanks for the cappuccino! :)
Never thought I'd be so happy writing a review for BCAA, but I went here with my friend to get an international driver's license, and it was genuinely the best part of my day. The people are nice, they offer coffee, tea, etc. We worked with Linda, who was helpful, funny and nice to be around. Would definitely recommend.

Those of you familiar with BCAA in Landsdowne around a year ago on the Ted Bank side - beware they have relocated to another side of the mall no signage to advise you where it’s been relocated to. Calling them just gives you the press 1/2/3/4/5 options found that frustrating.
