I would not even give this experience 0 stars, and I mean it. I came in specifically for HOME insurance assistance. Instead, the conversation was quickly redirected toward vehicle insurance, which was not what I requested. I did not feel that my needs as a client were properly listened to or addressed, and the focus appeared to be more on offering additional products rather than providing relevant support.
