Efficient and courteous. Came for passport photo. Walk-in (can’t seem to book for an appointment online.) 50% for Plus member. In and out in 10 mins (with printed photos.)

The customer service at this location is always exceptional - all the staff here are super friendly and go above and beyond to help you. As an example, I had previously been part of a family members BCAA account and I would attach that account number to my BCAA insurance. I had been with BCAA for their insurance for a while so I received a loyalty discount.
