Excellent service
Excellent service quick very friendly got my international drivers license in about 15mins including photos. They also forwarded me the photos so I could use them for visa purposes. Two thumbs up.
I've been to this BCAA location a few times this year for both renter's and car insurance. I had to go through the process of temporarily importing a car from the U.S., which was pretty complicated, but the staff here were really helpful and made it go smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was vert helpful and knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for insurance
rude, dismissive and unhelpful staff. Went to BCAA as a member but staff supposed to be assisting barely engaged and no empathy for someone who is neurodivergent and brought an advocate. Completely discriminatory.
