Came in a few days ago and Rick gave the best customer service I've ever experienced. Helped with a very stressful situation maturely, confidently, and calmly. Shout out to the great staff + manager who helped me figure out if Turo rentals were covered under my BCAA car insurance. They spent a lot of time looking into this, and found a solution for me (ICBC rental car insurance covers Turo, BCAA does not. They were able to sell me a ICBC rental car policy for $10/day to cover my trip).
