Absolutely impossible to speak with customer service, very frustrating language barrier
I'm not commenting on this location but the automated phone system they have is terrible! I just want to ask a human a question and I can't even make it past the phone system. The only way to talk to a human is to physically go into the branch. Incredible and frustrating!
5:00pm Oct. 15th my car decided to throw its timing belt just outside Peachland. Within 45 minutes BCAA had Manjeet Sidhu on the scene rolling my car up onto his flat deck. He was very professional, courteous and thoughtful of my needs. He is a driver for B.C. Interior Star Towing & Hotshot Inc. I was in the very capable hands of a fine young man who was also a very good driver. I was very contented and satisfied with this service all around. Thank you BCAA and Manjeet !
I was trying to speak with a human to inquire if they had any 'Slow Kids at Play' free road signs available. Do you think I could reach a human?? Their phone answering 'tree' of auto messages is endless. Not once was I directed to speak with a human for a general inquiry. I finally randomly tried to speak to someone - anyone - at the Penticton office by pressing what ever button I was on at the time and was told I was on hold for 5-10 mins. Gave up. Message to BCAA - at least have an option on your auto phone message system ... read more
