I was trying to speak with a human to inquire if they had any 'Slow Kids at Play' free road signs available. Do you think I could reach a human?? Their phone answering 'tree' of auto messages is endless. Not once was I directed to speak with a human for a general inquiry. I finally randomly tried to speak to someone - anyone - at the Penticton office by pressing what ever button I was on at the time and was told I was on hold for 5-10 mins. Gave up. Message to BCAA - at least have an option on your auto phone message system ... read more
