I have been dealing with the BCAA/West Kelowna location for several years, and unfortunately my experience has left me with very little confidence in the insurance advice being provided at this office. Excellent service! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by friendly, professional staff. The office is clean, and everything is handled quickly and efficiently. I made a mistake with something, and they had no problem helping me get it sorted out. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. Outstanding customer service! Thank you to the roadside team. My wait time was not very long just enough time for me to arrange my partner and baby home safely as I waited. It was perfect timing. Specifically my driver was Rick.
