Huge thank you to the Roadside Assistance Team! Specifically - Wes (the tow truck driver) who came to our rescue and navigated some really difficult angles to get our truck! Friendly and professional! Absolute best skills we could have hoped for, went above and beyond. Dispatch was also very kind, estimating 2-3 hours, Wes came in 15 minutes !!! Thank you BCAA we will continue using our membership, it is so worth it!
Great experience with the branch- everyone was so kind and welcoming. I went in to ask questions and get some quotes for switching over and insuring my new car. Given options for icbc and bcaa. Better price and more benefits through bcaa. Had Excellent service from all, but big shout out to Amy and Tonya for all their help and kindness and the gentleman at the front desk who remembered my name the next day when I came back and why I was there. Amy was incredibly rude and couldn’t provide the right resources to find accurate information. Instead, she told me that I should just search google for the answers. I will gladly drive over to the Kelowna location to avoid this branch.
