Amy was incredibly rude and couldn’t provide the right resources to find accurate information. Instead, she told me that I should just search google for the answers. I will gladly drive over to the Kelowna location to avoid this branch.

Why would I ever use BCAA services again. Brought my vechical in for repair and wasn't able to fixed due to no fault of the mechanics. BCAA head quarters refuses to tow it back to my house saying they only tow to the shops, not from shops. Feel scammed by BCAA membership. I really would avoid BCAA all together.
