They’ve been raising our home insurance year after year without us having made a claim. We decided to switch to Insure BC and saved $400. Avoid home insurance from them, they’ve withdrew money from my account even though I told them I’m cancelling.
My wife & I recently visited BCAA Surrey (Guilford) for travel insurance needs and were very impressed by the service. On our first visit, Darshan assisted us with the quotes. Gagandeep gave us great service. We didn't make appointment so needed to wait for a while but not too bad. We were planning to cancel the insurance but decided to continue with BCAA because of Gagandeep's suggestion and honesty.
My appointment was 30 mins late
We arrived at 5:45 PM and were disappointed with the level of customer service we received. The receptionist, Aditi, was unhelpful and showed little interest in assisting us. Despite her mentioning that they were busy, there were only two other customers present at the time. Additionally, she appeared distracted by her phone rather than focusing on providing support.
