Absolutely horrible service . Jacklyn was very disrespectful kept talking with a tone and didn’t solve my situation . I’m a member of VSA I’ll make sure to repot this company .
I have been coming to this BCAA location to renew my auto and home insurance the last 3 years. The staff at this location is always very professional and helped me review if any changes need to be made, and answered all my questions about the policies. This year I saved money on my home insurance because the BCAA staff helped me with renewal saw that my strata's insurance water deductible was lower than previous year. Good service, free parking
We’ve visited this location and purchased travel insurance here a few times. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and provide efficient, prompt service. They also issue international driving permits at a fair rate, which is very helpful. While we haven't had to file a claim for hospitalization yet—and hope we never have to—we’ve had a great experience so far.
