Understaffed?? Dropped by to get an international drivers license. I do this yearly so I am not new to the process. This often is an in/out process, taking ~15mins. However, that was not the case for me today. It took nearly 45 mins though I brought in my own photo too! It appeared to me a staff member was taking on both roles as a front desk receptionist (greeting/answering questions/checking in), while processing the actual licenses. We arrived at 4:30 PM. The receptionist took my phone number and said they would text us when it was our turn, probably within 30 minutes. We waited in the car for 45 minutes and never received a message. We went back inside, and she told us we were next and asked us to wait. We waited another 30 minutes, and there was still no customer at the teller. Around 5:30, she came to us and said the agent wouldn’t have enough time to help us and asked us to leave. The receptionist is disrespectful
I went into BCAA today for an auto insurance quote and Bita was honestly so amazing. She was super polite and stayed really patient with me even when I had a ton of questions. It's so hard to find people who actually take the time to help you out like she did. Really glad I stopped by today, she made the whole thing super easyThanks again Bita for all the help
