Definitely would not recommend this location for knowledgeable service. Frustrating experience overall. I had an appointment with them regarding a vehicle transfer and registration but they notified me I would need more time for the entire process so they had to reschedule me for a later day. Two separate people checked all of my required documents and told me that I was good to go for next time with a longer appointment. I am a member and have been for a long time. A few years ago in the dead of winter the car battery died. The mechanic came and changed it quickly and efficiently. What a relief!. A couple of weeks ago I went for my passport photos. The lady was kind and efficient. I had my photos done in a very short time. Been to this place twice for international drivers permit. Staffs here are very friendly and kind.
Like the previous person has stated, I received such a rude and unprofessional service from an Indian looking male. I came in for car insurance on Friday, Feb 8th, 4 pm, and was told by the front lady it would only be 20 minutes wait because I have a saved quote, and the agent over the phone told me I can just simply pay for it because the profile is already set up.
