Fast service i got my IDP in less than 10 minutes
Such smiling and welcoming-staff!And free coffee!!
Came to buy car insurance and was told it would be 10-15 mins. Went from 3 people working at the counter to 1. 3 workers just standing around chatting about a email about phasing. I dont understand how this is acceptable and where the supervisor/management. Customer service was poor. An elderly man was sleeping in a seat waiting.
Came here at 5:15 today for IDP, the woman at the front desk was able to get it processed right away effective day of processing. In the future, I can get it one day before I travel. Thank you for the excellent and prompt help.
Definitely would not recommend this location for knowledgeable service. Frustrating experience overall. I had an appointment with them regarding a vehicle transfer and registration but they notified me I would need more time for the entire process so they had to reschedule me for a later day. Two separate people checked all of my required documents and told me that I was good to go for next time with a longer appointment.
