I went into BCAA today for an auto insurance quote and Bita was honestly so amazing. She was super polite and stayed really patient with me even when I had a ton of questions. It's so hard to find people who actually take the time to help you out like she did. Really glad I stopped by today, she made the whole thing super easyThanks again Bita for all the help
Very quick and efficient. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Nice looking office. Have a very friendly welcome desk wh is also helpful! I didn't have to wait for an agent because she could help me instead. Turnaround was pretty fast. Went midday on a Wednesday.
