The tow truck driver that helped me (Thank you Frosty!) was quick, experienced, and kind. However the wait was extremely long (2 and a half hours) and I did not receive updates on my app of when my tow truck driver would arrive until I called three times!
Highly recommended
Terrible customer service; they talk down and belittle customers! Arrival time for services is never accurate and you're always waiting 3+ hours.
