Really easy to deal with! We started using them for home insurance and auto renewal about 3 years ago and they are friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I was using Westland for auto previously and it always seemed like a long process and such a chore come renewal time. BCAA has always been very quick, but on the odd time I’ve had to wait a few minutes, they have hot beverages and chairs in the waiting room!

I have a RAVE review for BCAA Abbotsford. After having my home owners policy with another company for the past 29 and receiving my renewal in the mail yesterday, I decided it was time to switch as it had increased by over $1200 in the past two years. I went to BCAA without an appointment and they helped me immediately and saved me $720 this year. Ryan was super efficient and very knowledgeable. I can’t thank BCAA Abbotsford enough for!
