Terrible customer service; they talk down and belittle customers! Arrival time for services is never accurate and you're always waiting 3+ hours.
Walked in to a friendly greeting and was paired up with an insurance agent right away.She showed me my options very thoroughly and I was done very quickly and very satisfied.
Stuck on the side de of the road. Took one hour to receive a call back for roadside assistance (message advised it was a 30 minute wait). The phone app and online options not working to request assistance. Tow truck coming in three hours (so a four hour total wait). Now I’ve called a private company who is coming in 30 minutes (not covered by BCAA) but worth it. Would be done already if i hadn’t waited on the phone.
Everyone was friendly and helpful, came in to get my international driving permit and was in and out in about 30mins. Everything was smooth!
Really easy to deal with! We started using them for home insurance and auto renewal about 3 years ago and they are friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I was using Westland for auto previously and it always seemed like a long process and such a chore come renewal time. BCAA has always been very quick, but on the odd time I’ve had to wait a few minutes, they have hot beverages and chairs in the waiting room!
