Fast, knowledgeable and friendly customer service from everyone I encountered today. So glad I came in instead of trying to figure it out myself online. I had a million little questions and the agent I spoke with was so patient and helpful. Super clean office and nice lobby with coffee and tea too. I also watched the front desk girl do an amazing job turning a grumpy customer around.
They are offering less and less auto/ travel services . Now you can not even phone the office and talk to a receptionist. I am really starting to doubt the value of having a membership
We had an amazing experience! Chrissy was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to her expertise and kindness, we were able to solve a very serious issue that we couldn’t even resolve in Vancouver (regarding our trailer) We’re truly grateful for all the front desk staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
