Fast and friendly service!
I recently had a vehicle repaired at BCAA in Nanaimo. originally the price they quoted me sounded expensive, but believing the job would be a long long process to replace a brake line all the way to the rear made sense. after I got the vehicle go back and looked at the repair they did, there is no chance it should ever have taken the amount of time that they did and it's unreasonable in the length of time that they did to make the repair. Had low pressure in a couple tires, affecting control. Went to a popular gas station to pay for air. They didn't have a tire gauge and mine broke. Drove to BCAA and told service my issue. He immediately drove the truck inside and a tech checked and corrected my tire pressues. Drives great. Oh and on the way out the service attendant handed me a brand new tire gauge! How can you beat this.
