I would like to thank Dimitriv (sp?) for going above and beyind to fix an issue. I had a complicated work order involving several issues and part of it was unfortunately missed upon pick up. When I called to express my concerns, Dimitriv: 1) listened to my concerns neutrally and professionally, 2) accepted accountability for the lapse notes during the transfer between staff, and 3) offered to rectify the issue to my satisfaction. The phone system is an odd process, several numbers listed for Nanaimo BCAA online, but you need to go through the website to find it, and then you have to go through several rounds of the same options through the phone system. Brought my vehicle in once before, they created more issues which disabled Bluetooth and speakers, but would not fix and told me I would need to pay for it to get fixed elsewhere.
