Very disappointed with BCAA I wanted to cancel my insurance and was refused by your agent, The vehicle is in both our names because if anything happens to my spouse she can carry on with the car business, this is why I had the car put in both names, I insured the car myself, I just dont get it Thomas Russell
I had a generally good experience at BCAA Auto Service in Nanaimo, but I left a little… wide eyed 😅 First, the positives. The staff were kind, friendly, and efficient. The service itself was quick and professional, and I felt well treated while I was there. No complaints about the people or the actual work. Now for the part that made my eyebrows try to escape my face. I was genuinely shocked to see the labour rate at $170 per hour.
