Super service, very clean, nearly no wait
Saw Mahja at the Nanaimo location and she was great! Was able to help us with both home and auto- a bit complicated situation. She was engaging, knowlegable, and efficient and completed our transaction quickly. I know a lot of ppl have commented that BCAA is overpriced. Having worked in insurance for a number of years I can say that BCAA can be less expensive and offers better coverage than most other insurers out there- be aware of what you are covered for....or not!
