Great customer service and friendly staff
When I discovered that one of my tires had been damaged beyond repair, I immediately called BCAA. I work in the GlenLyons area of South Burnaby (down by the Fraser River) and was pleased when the driver showed up 45 minutes earlier than what had been promised. He took off the old tire and installed a spare I had. All in a very professional, courteous way. I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Thank goodness for BCCA road repair service.
Hannah (the white lady) provided the rudest BCAA customer care I have ever received. She spoke to her customers as if they were stupid. Wish I can do zero star! I went there for passport photos. Instead of getting things moving, she asked us to wait while she was typing something at her desk, with no one waiting. Ten minutes later, she came back and explained about towing a car. This lady has absolutely no common sense. Passport photos are 50% off, while she said she could only do $10 off of $26. BCAA at this location needs ... read more
