I took my Xtrail to get an oil change last year and they did an inspection and told me a few problems that needed to be fixed then I asked for them to send me a quote that’s where the problem started. Auto renewed my policy without my knowledge and flat out refused to cancel even though I no longer had a vehicle and had left the country. Could not provide me with any proof I’d been notified of an auto renewal as it was sent by snail mail to an address that was not even supposed to be on file anymore. Literal thievery. I had to stop auto payments through my card company like it was some kind of shady online subscription instead of a supposedly reputable company. Will NEVER purchase again.
Went there twice to renew insurance for my cars. Amber who helped me in the process was super efficient,friendly, and very professional. I was done within ten minutes , absolutely great experience
