Tuesday no traffic and Called 6:38pm for jump start service for my car, waited for 1hr 45mins for less than 5mins jump start. The manager is not so helpful. Dispatch should communicate & track on their drivers for better customer service. Will not renew my membership.
Huge thank you to the BCAA tow truck driver who helped me out when my ignition suddenly failed. What was a really stressful situation turned into a smooth, reassuring experience thanks to the professionalism and kindness, of Rico. The efficiency of his work was notable. Rico arrived within a reasonable time and handled everything with care. He made sure I was taken care of the whole time. Truly outstanding roadside service and appreciated. Rico’s customer service is exactly why BCAA is worth it. Highly recommend!
You can not count on them. Waited 3.5 hours and after 8 times calling to get an update they said they will call me in half an hour to tell me when I may expect someone to show up. If you are in an emergency, by relying on them you put yourself at real risk.
The optional auto coverage is all BS. Forget about it. Update, now March 28, 2026, over the years i have paying my dues and availed of its service twice only but today its been 2 hours and 15 mins & counting waiting for its roadside assistance. Unbelievable. Management should be replaced.
Not busy that time of day (Tuesday at noon) and the lady was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Quick and easy to get an international driver's permit all in one place, and if you're a BCAA member, you get a discount on the photos.
