Worst location 3 nurses pinned my 1 year old down while she got a blood draw. There are better ways to handle kids instead of pushing the parents to the back to have another nurse come in an pin her to the bed while she screamed I didn’t have to deal with this trama with my first born I was able to hold her at any doc for shots or blood draws to help keep her calm.

Front office was extremely rude to my wife. Called letting them know we were just going to be a few minutes late they said it would be fine to be there by 3:40pm walked in and started talking to them at 3:41pm and they turned us away with a sick child after driving all they way from Carlsbad. They started talking about my wife in front of her saying she needs to learn how to be on time.
