We recently moved from Boston (number 1 in medical services) and we were recommended BCA. Dr. Zink is great. However, I am not a fan of the overall staff and lack of care. My son is seen by Dr. Zink who then approved the addition of my daughter to her care. I have been trying for over a week to get my daughter registered and they’re stating they cannot register her because I won’t give them her social and they need it for “billing” purposes.. mind you I myself have a degree in Health Care Administration and my sister also ha... read more
Was told that our appoint was at 7:55 but they didn’t even open until after 8 making everyone wait outside in the cold. This location shows to have no actual care for the patients. I wouldn’t waste your time here go to Artesia.
Raney is an amazing doctor. The nurses here are also kind, but once you get in that room, it is a bit of a wait. But Raney is awesome.
