Genuinely seems like every receptionists hates her job there. They are rude and short with you. No explanation on what they are doing when they pull your child back for ear/eye exams. Im not sure if it’s not being paid enough or leadership that’s suffering but do better.
Great nurses and doctors especially Dr. Raney.
Had schedule an appointment for today. They said they had called me yesterday. Which I tried showing them my phone so they could see that I never did. You guys have the most ruthless manager ever! Oh and because my kids weren't seen in 3 years. They took them out of the system without no notice at all. And if we wanted to get them back in we have to take them all the way to Artesia. They lost my kids as patients! We were never rude and I was talking to my husband in Spanish saying we needed to look for a walk in pediatrician... read more
I was taking my daughter here did not last here because law enforcement was telling people where we went to the doctor and the lady doing the animic test made it seem as if they were intentionally trying to spread aids to my daughter through the anemia test I believe this girl was someone who my family knows this was in 2019 it's 2026 were still having problems with law enforcement harrassing me and my kids in the doctors office
The Drs here are great, their a 5 by themselves. But the staff up front is rude. I don't no her name but it's a African American girl up front sitting at the middle computer this morning. She is pure rude and very snobby. The back of the house is great, but it's always something with the front end of the house when I take my kids for visits.
