The Drs here are great, their a 5 by themselves. But the staff up front is rude. I don't no her name but it's a African American girl up front sitting at the middle computer this morning. She is pure rude and very snobby. The back of the house is great, but it's always something with the front end of the house when I take my kids for visits.

Our last visit with Dr. Raney was, without question, the worst healthcare experience I have ever had as a mother. Both of my boys were sick with strep and the flu, and instead of focusing on diagnosing and treating them, he used the appointment to lecture me about vaccines. My oldest is fully vaccinated, and my youngest is only missing a few yet he still tried to discharge us for “refusal of vaccines.” I came in desperate for help for my sick children and left feeling judged, dismissed, and completely unheard.
