I love these walkers, I now have two! An Escape 4 and Escape 5. My Escape 4 recently needed a repair for one of its brakes. I received excellent service and it was repaired the same day I contacted BC2.

I purchased one of the Nip walkers back in 2017 (I think) for my Mum to assist with her mobility. I liked the look of the walker as it's modern, sleek and fully functional. It served her well for 5-years and then we decided to purchase her a new one in 2022, mainly to get the benefits of newer design features of the Escape. My Mum is 90 now and uses the walker all the time, but she still drives and is still able to lift the walker into her car boot! Phil gives A+ service. We wanted to book a walker on short notice for a visiting relative. Phil’s communication was quick and helpful. Ultimately when our relative canceled her trip due to poor health Phil promptly refunded the full rental.
