Absolute zero stars. Today, we visited the ER for an emergency and were met with an interrogation rather than medical care. Despite explaining the patient’s critical condition, the nurse showed zero empathy for the immense stress we were under. When I visited this hospital to ask about the admission process and where I should go regarding my condition, due to the urgency of my situation and my inability to reach my doctor, I was referred by the hospital receptionist to a nurse. However, when responding to me, she gave me a judgmental and somewhat unexpected look and reminded me that my doctor intends to help me. I found this quite disappointing.
