I had issues with my existing tankless DHW heater so I asked for BC Wide Home Services to come to our rescue. Alan, Joe and Tohid were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and the installation was very professional. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

I am extremely happy with the service from BC Wide. They replaced my old hot water tank with a Navien tankless system and upgraded my old boiler to a new Navien boiler. Everyone involved in the process was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. A special shoutout to our technician, Alan, who handled both installations. He was punctual, very polite, and did such a neat job. I highly recommend BC Wide for their professional and high-quality work!

The entire team were professional from beginning to end. They provided an excellent experience at a very reasonable rate and a top-notch, quality installation. No complaints on service. Used BC Wide for the first time. Good communication and fair pricing. The technician, Joe, was punctual, professional, friendly and did a great job. We like it that he is informative but not pushy in suggesting upgrade and replacement. Will use their service again.
