If I could give BC Wide Home Services and Alan 10 stars, I absolutely would. In the middle of a heat wave, our heat pump completely failed, leaving us stranded in an unbearably hot house. With 5 skylights and uncomfortable temperatures, we urgently called BC Wide Home Services, hoping someone could help. Furnace and Heat Pump installed. The team was professional, efficient, patient, courteous and it was reasonable pricing. Went the extra mile to show up at 8:00 pm to assist the owner in relighting the pilot light for our HWT!
Since I had them replace my furnace a few years ago, I've used BC Wide for my annual maintenance, and they've been great. Just recently, my heat pump (needed for AC) went down on the hottest day of the year so far, and BC Wide had it diagnosed and fixed right away. I highly recommend!
