I will strongly recommend not book to ticket with this agency as they will push alternate itinerary booking with the intention of having you acknowledge and then you’re hooked with no other choice but to go with whatever options they’re pushing as the tickets will forfeited. The lady I was talking got all my details but booked a different date, different country and when I called to rectify all I was told is the ticket is non-refundable and whatever price they have to correct the mistake was all on me.
