This place is great. The owner is really wonderful. Not trying to oversell me on what I need and honest. Very fast service. I dropped car off and it was ready in 30 minutes. I really appreciate these guys and will continue to use them for anything I need.
First time I went to BC Tire, Stephen took care of me and got me in and out. On Monday, 8-21, I needed a tire repaired. This time Phil took care of me. Same quality service. And again, in and out. Repairs are more, because of inflation. BC tire provided me with straight up, honest work. Will go back for new tires. July 14th, 2026 Had to get a new tire for my car. Thankfully, BC Tire crew of Greg, Greg, Cindy and Cameron took care of me, just like the first time I went and meet Stephen those few years ago. Thanks to all.
These guys are a BIG FRAUD. They put an old tire in the car charging close to $500 saying it's new. Within just 2-3 months, it's completely worn out, no threads. It could have been safety issue. We took it back and the guy was yelling and screaming like when a thief gets caught and tries to say, he did not. STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOR YOUR OWN and OTHERS SAFETY I am checking about filing a complaint against their Business.
Been going here for probably 8+ years for maintenance; purchased at least 3 sets of tires. Great local company.
If you work hard to buy yourself things that you care for, I strongly do not recommend you bringing it to this place. Spent $4k on tires and wheels which I had them mount the tires and balance. Not only did they damage an entire wheel but at this point, I had to replace two of the tires because they were ripped during installation and they do not hold air.
