All of the gals I spoke with in the Camillus office were lovely. They were all helpful, knowledgeable, & pleasant. The process was easy & smooth. Thank you!!
Very easy and smooth experience! Customer service was excellent!
The facility was clean and easy to navigate, plus we received a prompt return call when we needed to contact customer service (I had forgotten my building entry code #). More dollies and carts would be helpful since they were all being used the whole time that we were there which meant we had to resort to moving heavy items on a moving blanket and slides that we fortunately brought, just in case.
