I was impressed on how organized they are! It took me two minutes to rent my unit and they provided me with the lock to use too! So easy. Highly recommend!
Using B&C in Weedsport. Maggie was great in helping me get things setup and into to the unit. Facility is clean and easy to access. Only 4 stars because the units are a bit pricey compared to others in the area.
It was a very friendly and easy process to rent a unit. I was able to look at the different sizes and with in a time I was available. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the extremely nice girl that I spoke with for all of this.
I called the office today to request removal of a bees nest that was on the side corner of my unit and also make a payment. Sharon was extremely kind and helpful and called me back in less than two hours to tell me the bees nest had been removed. I was surprised as to how quickly they addressed it and also the GREAT customer service to let me know it was taken care of. The units and landscape are well take. Care of. Highly recommend them!
