I've had a horrible experience with BC Stone. From scheduling our measurement, which took a couple of weeks, to trying to get our quartz counter top installed which hasn't happened after almost 2 months, I'm fed up. We were told, both by Lowes who contracts out to BC Stone as well as the company themselves that our counter would be ready for installation 7-10 days after the measurement (template).
