I have had the pleasure of working with Rick for about a year, and I am consistently impressed by his professionalism.
Quality material used in building. However, numerous holes not punched, nearly 50% of insulation not delivered, wedge anchors missing, rafter bolts missing, a few r panels missing. Cost me several thousand dollars to source these materials to keep the erector from pulling off the job. ZERO support post sale. Gabe Savely, VP of Operations, rarely answers the phone and when he does, he just tries to get done with the call. No follow through. Terrible customer support. I would avoid this company.
